Together, we will go through the main domains of positive psychology including gratitude, empathy and altruism, compassion and love. We will also learn about positive psychology techniques that encourage people to recognize and further develop their positive emotions, experiences, and character traits. Through this workshop, you will learn about different techniques you could use to control for anger and intense emotions.

Transparency & Saving Money in Procurement

Procurement in practice workshop is designed to introduce a set of procurement procedures for NGOs to be able to:
– Standardize the procurements’ procedures,
– Minimize the risk of incorrect/inappropriate procurement,
– Set an adequate procurement policy,
– Document the requirements by local law, donor policy and your NGO policy.

This workshop is mainly designed for but not limited to staff directly and closely dealing with procurements such as: procurement officers, project staff, and head of departments.

On the completion of the workshop, you will be able to:
– Standardize your NGO’s procurement procedures,
– Avoid the one man show act (involvement of appropriate and necessary staffing),
