Positive Psychology & Wellbeing
This positive psychology course is suited for young people and adults. Positive psychology is an area in psychology which explores positive experiences and traits that allow individuals to achieve a meaningful life. Together, we will go through the main domains of positive psychology including gratitude, empathy and altruism, compassion and love. We will also learn about positive psychology techniques that encourage people to recognize and further develop their positive emotions, experiences, and character traits. These can be can implemented in everyday life.
